Celebs support Clean India Mission on its anniversary

With great enthusiasm, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had launched the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan almost a year back. His efforts for a clean and green nation were taken up enthusiastically and several Bollywood stars too joined the efforts back then. Lauding the initiative on its upcoming anniversary, Deepika Padkone said, “We still have a lot of work left as far as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is concerned but I think there is a lot more awareness for sure.” ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ star, R Madhavan also added, “I feel that at least there is some awareness. People are talking about it and thinking about it now. So definitely there has been some outcome.” The mission was launched on Gandhi Jayanti which falls on October 2.
