Shahid Kapoor’s next ‘Udta Punjab’ has landed in a soup, as apparently the Censor Board wants the makers to do away with ‘Punjab’ from the title. The actor urges that the film is not just about a particular state. “Just because the title is ‘Udta Punjab’, everybody is only thinking that it is a problem in Punjab. First of all, the state lies within this country, therefore a problem in part of India should be a problem for the entire country. This is something that the coming generation should be aware of. Substance is considered very cool nowadays. This film is trying to spread awareness about an issue,” said Shahid Kapoor who plays a pop star deep into drug abuse.
