Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ is going all guns blazing at the Box Office, earning over Rs 400 crore in its worldwide collection so far. However, Abhay Deol, known for his ‘hatke’ choice of films, criticizes the importance given to the collection over creativity. “Why is it that money has become the benchmark of achievement and not creativity? Rs 100 crores means nothing at the end of the day. You can put the right stars and make Rs 100 crore, it is not impossible. It happens over and over again. But it is very rare to make a film that breaks the mold and that should not be measured by the money it makes,” blasts the actor. Abhay Deol will next be seen in ‘Happy Bhag Jayegi’.
