Originally acquired in December 2020 for Rs 4.85 crore, the property has appreciated by an impressive 65 percent in just over four years. The transaction was finalised with a stamp duty of Rs 48 lakh and registration fees of Rs 30,000 and underscores the lucrative nature of Mumbai’s real estate market. Lower Parel which is a hub for both luxury living and business is also home to properties owned by Bollywood luminaries such as Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, Amish Tripathi, and Manoj Bajpayee.
