Akshay Kumar-starrer ‘Pad Man’ is in its second week but numbers are going downhill. The film collected Rs 1.25 crore on Tuesday, fetching a total of Rs 74.65 crore in 12 days
of its release. Trade prediction suggests that ‘Pad Man’ may find it difficult to enter the coveted Rs 100-crore club by the end of this week. Buzz is that the different subject of ‘Pad Man’ couldn’t attract enough eyeballs, resulting in low footfalls in single screen theaters. The film is expected to earn a lifetime collection of about Rs 75 – Rs 80 crore before bidding adieu to theaters.
