Alia Bhatt is making her way to the top in Bollywood, and the actress has also been associated to several causes. The actress recently stated that she wants to promote a cause for the girl child. Alia said, “I will put in as many efforts as I can. Whether it is attending an event or taking up a social cause.” The actress attributes it to her mother, who strongly supported the girl child. “It was my mother’s idea to fund daughters’ education of drivers and sweepers in our building. I have seen it happening since I was a little girl. And I hope to take up this cause when I run my own house,” Alia added.
