All that was known about ALTBalaji’s Haq Se was that Rajeev Khandelwal and Surveen Chawla will be seen opposite each other and making their debut digitally. Now, fueled by a huge buzz, the makers of the highly anticipated web series have unveiled its first look.
Interestingly, Balaji Telefilms’ head honcho, Ekta Kapoor shared it only recently on her Instagram handle.
Haq Se will be directed by popular filmmaker, Ken Ghosh. Adapted from Louisa May Alcott’s classic drama Little Women, the digital show’s story revolves around four sisters Meher, Jannat, Bano and Amal set in the backdrop of the beautiful valleys of Kashmir. Showcasing their ambitions, dreams, their geographical situation and the rising fundamentalism in the region, the series also has a beautiful love story.
Starring Rajeev Khandelwal, Surveen Chawla, Parul Gulati, Simone Singh, Rukhsar, Aanchal Sharma, Nikeesha Rangwala, Pavail Gulati, Karanvir Sharma, Haq Se will soon be streaming on the ALTBalaji app and the website.
