Marking the much awaited comeback of Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt, Omung Kumar’s Bhoomi produced by Bhushan Kumar and Sandeep Singh organized a special meet & greet with the media in Agra.
Led by Sanjay Dutt, the entire team of Bhoomi including Aditi Rao Hydari, Shekhar Suman, director Omung Kumar and producers Bhushan Kumar and Sandeep Singh were present at the media interaction.
‘Bhoomi has been an incredible journey. It has been great to face the cameras after a while. Feels great to be back and Bhoomi is a film that you definitely appreciate,’ said an excited Sanjay Dutt.
Director Omung Kumar added, ‘It’s so special to be directing Sanjay Dutt and he is an effortless actor who comes alive when he hears the word ‘action’.”
Bhoomi explores a father daughter relationship and is being touted as a revenge drama. The entire star cast has been camping in Agra for what is going to be a 50 day schedule.
Producer Bhushan Kumar said, “‘We are happy to be producing this emotional human story that will be Sanjay Dutt’s comeback film. Sanjay is a great artist and we are sure Omung will create magic with him.”
Producer Sandeep Singh thanked the media and said, ‘Sanjay wanted to meet you right at the beginning but we wanted to get into the flow of the shoot and then meet all of you.”
Bhoomi shoot will continue in Agra til April. Produced by T Series and Legend Studios, Bhoomi releases on August 4th, 2017.
