Salman Khan released ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ on the festive occasion of Eid last week. Looking at the massive fan following he enjoys, it was expected that the film may see record crowds at the box office, more so since he was seen in a full-fledged role on the big screen on Eid after many years. But the film opened to mixed or negative reviews. This impacted its box office collection as well. ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ opened to Rs 15.81 crore on Friday and collected Rs 25.75 crore and Rs 26.61 crore on Saturday and Sunday respectively. While the domestic box office figure stayed at Rs 68.17 crore in three days, the film collected Rs 92.14 crore gross worldwide. The movie is inching towards Rs 100 crores despite not very favourable reviews. If the run continues, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ will touch Rs 100 crore in the domestic market soon.
