As 2022 draws to a close, Bollywood will welcome the New Year with even more fervour. The year gone by couldn’t work wonders for many filmmakers or stars, but all hopes are not lost as we look forward to some big ticket films in the pipeline set to release in the first three months of 2023. In the first quarter of the New Year, ‘Kuttey’ and ‘Pathaan’ will hit the theatres come January. Starring Arjun Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan respectively, both the films have been creating buzz for a while. February is expected to see Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s ‘Shehzada’, ‘Maidaan’ with Ajay Devgn and ‘Selfiee’ with Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi. The quarter is expected to end with Rani Mukerji’s ‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’, Ranbir and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ and ‘Bholaa’ in which Ajay Devgn and Tabu will be seen together opposite each other. With hundreds of crores riding on a number of films, here’s hoping for the best! Not just for the cast and crew, but even for Bollywood fans in 2023.
