Choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza might soon face the music from a court. A non-bailable warrant, also known as NBW, is issued against the director who has directed films like ‘ABCD: Any Body Can Dance’ and ‘Race 3’ among others. Allegedly, Remo had taken money to the tune of Rs 5 crore from one Satyendra Tyagi on the pretext of investing in a film. The film in question is ‘Death of Amar’, produced by Remo D’Souza and stars Rajeev Khandelwal and Zareen Khan. Remo assured the investor that his money would be doubled and that he would return the borrowed moolah to Tyagi by giving him Rs 10 crore. Since it was not done, Tyagi complained against Remo and on failing to appear in the hearing, a Ghaziabad court issued a non-bailable warrant against the director.
