The Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s marriage excitement is only adding heat to the already sizzling city of Mumbai. The couple is tying the knot on April 14th in Mumbai and ditching the destination wedding a-la many of their colleagues like Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. It is being reported that a jeweller, hailing from Surat, has sent a gold-plated bouquet for Ranbir and Alia. Family and close friends – Neetu Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Pooja and Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar are already celebrating with the couple as preliminary festivities kicked off on April 13th evening. Karan even became emotional as he reportedly got the first chance to apply mehendi to the bride. “Love is light and I know the amount of light you have brought into each other’s and our lives with your love. To new beginnings and more,” he penned. It is said that Ranbir and Alia’s close-knit affair may see less than 50 guests! To celebrate the occasion, Dharma Productions dropped a teaser of a romantic song featuring Ranbir and Alia from their upcoming film ‘Brahmastra: Part 1 Shiva’.
