After lying low for a while in mainstream Bollywood, Ram Gopal Varma announced his comeback with a different kind of project which the filmmaker claims he has never indulged in. RGV will be teaming up with ace actor Manoj Bajpayee who is known to justify almost all roles that he’s given for about two-and-a-half decades. The film is titled ‘Police Station Mein Bhoot’. Talking about the film, Ram Gopal Varma said, “After ‘Satya’, ‘Kaun’ and ‘Shool’, I am thrilled to announce that Manoj Bajpayee and I are once again teaming up for a horror comedy, a genre which neither of us did. I have done horror, gangster, romantic, political dramas, adventure capers, thrillers, etc, but never a horror comedy. The film is titled ‘Police Station Mein Bhoot’ and the tagline is: You Can’t Kill The Dead.” After a deadly encounter killing, a police station becomes a haunted station making all the cops run in fear to escape the ghosts of the gangsters forms the idea behind the story. The writer-director says that the project will see cutting-edge VFX with spine-chilling horror effects.
