The buzz surrounding ‘Devara: Part 1’ has reached fever pitch, captivating audiences with its immense hype. Saif Ali Khan, who is marking his debut in the South Indian cinema with this highly anticipated Jr NTR-starring film recently shared his enthusiasm and reflections on the project. At the film’s trailer launch, Khan revealed his genuine excitement about breaking into the South film industry with such a high-profile project. “Honestly, I was very excited to get offered a big movie made in Andhra, the South film industry. This industry has given us so many incredible movies. And I think the future is going to be a blend between the north and the south. Like you say, a pan-Indian kind of scenario,” he said. Delving into his role, Khan described it as a compelling departure from his previous work, “It’s more of an anti-hero, a straight antagonist. It was absolutely lovely playing it. It’s not an entry or debut into a new kind of cinema. According to me, it’s the cutting edge of Indian cinema right now; it was great for me to play.” ‘Devara: Part 1’ is slated to release on September 27th and is generating considerable anticipation among fans.
