Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor, who tied the knot recently, held a grand reception at The Palladium Hotel in Mumbai. The actor had kept the function for all his Bollywood friends and veterans. Neelima Azeem, Shahid’s biological mother, was amongst those to arrive early. She seemed happy to have found just the right kind of bride she wanted for her son. Amitabh Bachchan, Kangna Ranaut, Sonam Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were some of the other celebrities at the reception. Mira and Shahid made a starry entry at the reception a little before midnight. Mira was dressed in a cream and blue dress designed by Manish Malhotra, while Shahid opted for a black and white evening suit.
