The trailer of Welcome Back was finally launched at a gala event on Monday night, and promises a whole lot of chaos, comedy, and laughter. Anees Bazmee is back at it again with a part two to his hilarious prequel Welcome (2007). The film has a talented star cast comprising of Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, Shruti Hasaan, Paresh Rawal, and Naseeruddin Shah. As a new addition to the star cast, John Abraham stated, “I play a ‘bhai’ (gangster) in this comedy film and whatever acts I’m doing in the film is thanks to Anees Bazmee. I’ve worked with Paresh sir, Nana sir and Anil sir in films before and the chemistry with all of them is special.” Veteran actor Anil Kapoor, who maintains his original role as ‘Majnu Bhai’ stated, “It’s great to be a part of a film produced by Feroz sahab and directed by Anees sahab, where I’m getting the opportunity to act alongside Nana sahab. As long as there are talented actors like John, Naseer sahab, Paresh sahab, the experience of working on the film is immense.” Shruti Haasan will be playing the charming sister, which was previously played by Katrina Kaif. Both Dimple Kapadia and Shruti Haasan are playing the female leads in this entertaining and fun filled film.
